The H.P.P. Team takes you on their preliminary Investigation of Rec Park in Binghamton NY. Where it is said the spirit of a police man and his dog 'Sarge' can be seen at 12:02 am at the gazebo and the spirit of "Twilight Zone" creator, Rod Serling is said to haunt the carousel.

Unfortunatley, we did not capture any evidence to support the claims. We were unable to find any proof that there was an incident involving a police officer at the gazebo, so this could just be a rumor.
As for the carousel, we did capture 3 possible EVP's...
