Need opinions

This is my second dark romance and I need peoples input on it please.

Chapter 1

Sixteen year old Cathy Hertz was driving down a dark and deserted road to meet her eighteen year old boyfriend. They had met last year in high school and had been together ever since.  He was the class president and she was cheerleading caption.  She was five foot tall and weighed 120 lbs.  She had tanned skin and very long blonde curly hair and a straight A student.  She was very popular with… Continue

Setlist: Christophe & Joe D. - 03-26-2011 The Ostara Ball, Norman, OK

The Ostara Ball was plagued by some problems from the beginning. Too many people to go through, not getting things done in time. It's a shame. The cat's that put this on are good people with their hearts in the right place. So this ended up being a very low turn-out. We tried to make the best of it and had fun anyway. More sound system problems, this time with our own. After we did the Celtic…

Setlist: Christophe - 03-26-2011 The After'Gonzo'Noon Music & Arts Festival, Chickasha, OK

I drove up to Chickasha for The After'Gonzo'Noon Music and Arts Festival held on the local college campus. Got to see some old friends, so that was cool. Suzanne from back in the Mockingbird Lane days was there. Be warned... if going to Chickasha, grab your Jim Beam Black before getting there... I was only able to get a hold of two little shot bottles... The fest was cool. It was a windy cold…

Setlist: Christophe - 03-24-2011 Othello's, Norman, OK

Second place I hit up was Othello's. Was feeling a little better by then. Special thanks to Austin and Justin Bloss for re-introducing me to my friend Jim. Also, special thanks to The Riff Wreath for getting me hooked up with a spot before I left the other club so I didn't have to close the night off again.

Setlist: Christophe - 03-24-2011 Michelangelo's, Norman, OK

Hit up the two open mic's again last night. I was having an off night and not feeling too hot. Michelangelo's was awesome as always. Jack Douglas is always a treat to see perform. Watched him play harmonica with Justin Bloss. Did the usual two sets. First shortly after I got there and then the closing number.

Setlist: SmacOne - 03-22-2011 Club Raw, Oklahoma City, OK

My 25th show so far this year... I'm gonna start numbering them so it's easier to keep track. Club Raw again, like we do every Tuesday. Instead of the regular open mic it was a show. Headliner's T-Rush and King Siik, whom I met at the commercial shoot for The Loop Magazine. A lot more people than usual showed up, so us being the gracious fellows that we are, backed off our set so everyone could…

Setlist: Christophe - 03-19-2011 The Fire, Amber's House, Norman, OK

Saturday I hit up the wrapping for the music video shoot I was part of and then went to play Amber Thille's weekly fire-pit party. It was a little awkward with city being under a burn-ban. We all sat around a hole in the ground filled with ashes that we were not allowed to light up. I had originally planned on staying and playing a lot longer, but it seems one of the only two people on the planet…

Friday morning I spent some time on a video shoot for L. Eazy and Big Grump, played a show at Hastings and hit up the Purple Hayes party in OKC. So look for some pictures from those to be posted soon. The Hasting's gig was a little off. The good part was I got to jam with my friend The Father Phil, as for the rest... When they asked me to play, they said my CD"s and Records they sell would be put…

Setlist: SmacOne - 03-15-2011 Club Raw, Oklahoma City, OK

SmacOne and I hit up the Club Raw Open Mic again. Crowd seems to be different there every week. Last week they loved us... this week we got up there, plugged in the guitar, sound-checked with a country riff and the place cleared out... but not before Smac left them with some choice words on their way out the door. All that was left was Smac and me, the DJ and Beth.We did just three songs, but midway through the second song we got some passer's by pulled in.… Continue

Setlist: Christophe - 03-15-2011 SWAN Open Song Circle, Santa Fe Depot, Norman, OK

I got stuck working the theater and showed up at the end of this SWAN event. Still got there in time to see a couple of the guys in action and play one of my own. I liked the location of this one, the train depot. We had a few in the audience that were waiting for the Amtrak. Had a good vibe... shoulda played some of my traveling…
